Allwyn is a seasoned business professional with over 9 years as a Mergers and Acquisitions consultant and 17 years in strategic program management. He brings a wealth of experience to the table. His expertise lies in navigating the complexities of Corporate Venture Capital and M&A, encompassing everything from meticulous due diligence, seamless deal execution, and effective post-merger integrations, to strategic minority investments. He also excels in providing comprehensive buy-side and sell-side support in M&A execution.
Allwyn has successfully executed over 15 acquisitions across diverse international landscapes, including India, China. the US, Canada, Germany, France, and New Zealand. His background also includes leading large-scale IT implementations, further enhancing his strategic and operational capabilities. He is adept at handling various deal structures, from stock deals to asset acquisitions and acqui-hires, consistently delivering strong results as a key member of M&A Strategy and Corporate Development teams.

Rohitt K Hebaar
Rohitt K Hebaar comes with 20 years of experience in Business Advisory, Deal Management, M&A Post-Merger integration, Startup Advisory, GCC Business Development, Investor relations, Leadership development and change management. A leader with passion for building new business, solving complex business problems for investors, founders and Management of growth companies.
Rohitt has extensive experience as a Startup Advisor working with founders, HNI’s and Investors. He has helped several startups scale and grow their business. Prior to this Rohitt was instrumental in managing the growth of startups and new brand businesses for Gateway group of companies in the role of Vice President. He has deep expertise in establishing GCC’s, Captive Business for global MNC’s as Program Head of India Captive Business for HCLTech. Recently, he was also involved in setting up GCC business for a Japanese company.
